Hi all,
Could SKS have a look for a baptism please for Henry Hawkins c1864. Sandford St.Martin. Oxon, and sibling brothers**.
Parents are William Henry Hawkins(Occ.Farmer) and Eliza Hawkins(nee.Wheeler).
Siblings are Eliza Emma.(c1857. Fritwell), William** (c.1860, Sandford) and James**(c1861. Sandford).
I have the Eliza Emma Hawkins, baptism in Fritwell in 1857.
Thanks.
EDITED d.o.b for Henry Hawkins as 1864 instead of 1860.
Steve. :)

Apologies for not getting back sooner, KG.
I am trying for a baptism for Henry Hawkins. His d.o.b is a bit erratic through the census. In 1911 it seems it's 1868, but varies in the earlier ones.
His marriage to Caroline Mead in 1889.Hazlemere, Bucks, gives father as mentioned.
The mothers name is 'borrowed' from another tree, and I have not researched that marriage.
So the baptism would help a great deal, if it could be found.
Seems strange that I have found Eliza Emma Hawkins baptism, but not the other siblings.
Steve. :)

Hi,
It seems to appear the parents are the correct ones, as the surviving children scattter and are found living with sibling Eliza Emma Hawkins(married at the time) and sister of their mother Eliza in later census.
Many thanks for the help, it has been invaluable.
Steve. :)
