Can anyone suggest where the couple lived.It's from an 1847 marriage.
I was rather hoping to find her parents there in either 1841 or 51 but sadly they aren't.

Agreed Cross Street, and as you say, they were not there in 1841,
but there were a Selina(6) and John(13) Phillips living with the Thorpes
in Suffolk Street South, Bethnal Green. From the mix of people I
think it might have been a boarding house. Also a Frederick
Phillips, occ pauper, age 30-34 at the St Luke Workhouse, Shoreditch.
