Hi Joni,
There are many records relating 'Corfe' at the Hampshire Records Office. See http://calm.hants.gov.uk/DServe/DServe.exe?dsqIni=DserveA.ini&dsqApp=Archive&dsqDb=Catalog&dsqCmd=Overview.tcl&dsqSearch=%28%28text%29=%27corfe%27%29 for details.
What may be of particular use are the wills, which you can orer copies of from the Records Office.]
I have found wills invaluable to confirm relationships when parish registers are a bit scant on details. Try these out for starters...
1707 Will of Robert Corfe (Corff) of St Michael, Winchester, Hampshire
This entry suggests Robert had a brother called Edward, also a Tailor - 1843 Counterpart lease of part of A (messuage with carthouse and new stable) for 21 years: WH Gale to Robert and Edward Corfe of Winchester, tailors and drapers
1855 Will of Edward Corfe of Winchester, Hampshire, Mercer/draper
Good hunting!
Amy
