We have some links with Magheralin though don't think any of our Castles lived there. There was a John Pickering, father of Mary Ann who married a Castles. Would be interested in your family.

I have come accross your Pickerings in my research and so far have not made any connection with the Castles of Seagoe...I believe there must be a connection somewhere along the line with the few Castles family all concentrated within neighbouring parishes...but so far it's just a theory.
