My great uncle George Tennant was killed in the battle of the Somme 1916. He was in the Leicester Tiger Regiment, but this is all I know about him. I would love to know his rank and number and possibly where he is buried.

The CWGC entry shows that he had no known grave - in common with thousands of other soldiers
