My grandfather (3) Charles Cook b. 1857 in PEI, was born to James Cook and Sarah Ann Bears(most family in N.S) and before that they were from Massachusetts.
My issue is his wifes family
Margaret Stewart was born in Belle River PEI in 1864, I hav an idea who her parents are but am not sure. The PEI Gov't website had a way for me to look up these kinds of things. I found that her marriage license was gotten by Rev. Alexander Stewart, I just dont know if this is her father or not, I do know they were Scottish transplants.

Are you still doing research on this family? If so, I have a couple of questions for you....
-
yes I am. this is my direct line.
-
Do you have a listing of their children that you would share, just first names will do....I am trying to verify that this Charles is in another person's direct line.
-
It might be my line your trying to verify. if your the same Patsy Im in contact with from ancestry...or roots...... are you on your yahoo name as well as on these sites, cause I can sign into my yahoo account.

I got the info about MY Charles and My Margaret's line from a certified eneologist out of Prince Edward Island, I emailed someone in the archives Dept and they gave me a list of names of CERTIFIED geneologists they deal with in records.
