I have come across a John C Owens Madryn Aber dated 16/01/1880, also there is an old book Hanes Ardderchog Lu Y Merthyri date written inside 1874 the name inside William Williams the next line of the address looks like
Leitt of Garth Fawr LLangwstenin.

Not 100% sure what you're asking but there is/was a Madryn Farm in Abergwyngregyn (usually shortened to Aber) near Llanfairfechan in North Wales.

Thanks for the info, all I know that John C Owens was my grandfather, who died in 1901 I don't know what the connection would have been other than that.
