the register page for this can be viewed on IrishGenealogy
see : Baptism of ELLEN Connelly 1827 (http://churchrecords.irishgenealogy.ie/churchrecords/details/2a885d0051837)
the baptism was on the 28th Feb, and is located on the left hand side of the page on the image and just above where March is written in.

It would be the main church of the parish - i.e. in Clonakilty town.
I checked two directories around that time, but neither mention a name :
Pigot's 1827
.. a large Catholic Chapel, of which Rev. David Walsh is the priest
Slater's 1846
Roman Catholic Chapel - Sovereign street
Very Rev. David Walsh, parish priest and vicar-general
Rev. Morgan Madden and Rev. Philip McCarthy, curates
I also had a look at the historic OSI maps - see : Clonakilty (http://maps.osi.ie/publicviewer/#V1,538157,541546,7)
The older church shown in 6" maps (1820 to 1840s) seem to show that church was knocked down at some stage and replaced sometime before the 25" map (c1890) with a larger building, located slightly to the east.
The street has been renamed a few times since the 1820s - originally Sovereign st, then by 1890 Chapel St, and now Oliver Plunkett St.
