This is a big ask but it there some way of checking in a newspaper for the Poole district to see if there is a death notice for Frank Harold Blore of Rinsey Croft, Grassmere, Sandbanks, Poole, Dorset. He died on 25 March 1967 at Walsall, West Mids., on the same day in Walsall his son * married *. Both had been married before.
I would like to confirm if there were any other children in the F H Blore family (he married May Leslie Batten in 1909 and I have all that,) but the * birth index for * has "Palmer" as the mother's name so F H Blore may have married again at some stage. However, when May Leslie Blore died died in 1977 at Malvern she was described as the widow of Frank Harold Blore.
I would just like to finalise this line of my Batten family . The Poole address above was the one Frank and May used for all their passenger details on the ship manifestos.
Always hopeful - Faith

Hello Barrie. I had a look through the Bournemouth Echo, and found this notice in the BMD columns. The paper was dated Wednesday March 29 1967. Good luck with your research.

Thank you so much Morten for the time and effort you took in the Library and that Death Notice has answered all my questions!
I can now get my records up to date and move on to the next family.
Grateful thanks and good luck with your own research - Faith
