Title: Westbury Family Bridlington
Post by: wdytya on Sunday 31 October 10 11:04 GMT (UK)
Hi

I am trying to find out information regarding the Westbury family who  lived in Bridlington. Reginald and Elsie Westbury were living in Albion Terrace Bridlington when Elsie died in 1976.

I have no idea how long they lived in Bridlington, perhaps they retired there and had spent their working lives elsewhere in Yorkshire? Elsie was a retired shop assistant in a Draper Store and was born in Cardiff her surname being Llewellyn.

I would be grateful for any information or contacts.

Many thanks

I think you may have more success on Genes Reunited with this one....You have a better chance of making a connection with living Westburys.

Thanks for the advice and I have tried Genes R but with no luck so far although there has been contact with some distant connections to the Westbury family.

Rootschat has been good to me in the past with making connections so thought I would give it a go.
