Where would I get informationon on a buriel at sea on a Cargo Boat out of Northern Ireland around 1900-1911
-
All Ireland was part of the U.K. at that period so you could try Marine Register of Deaths- death would normally be registered at next port so there might be problems finding a record if the ship was registered or going to a foreign country.
Find My Past have Deaths At Sea 1854-1890 but not sure if later records are available online.

I had a searcher look the Marine records but found nothing, wondering if anything had come on line I will have a look at the other thanking you for your help

PRONI is actually closed until April 2011 as they are in the process of moving to a new location at Titanic Quarter in Belfast but the e-catalogue is still available online.
-
You could also try The National Library of Ireland, Kildare Street, Dublin 2, Ireland. e-mail info(a)nli.ie (change the (a) for a (@) up to about 1922 there was no north or south just a whole ireland. Lots of records are kept at this Library.
