Ulster Historical Foundation (RootsIreland), a pay to view site, has marriages for 1 Arthur McCann in Armagh in 1890, 3 in 1891 and 1 in 1894. In addition the LDS pilot site shows a marriage registered at Dundalk in Apr-June 1895 (Dundalk Regn district covered part of Armagh at that time).

You could order that cert from the LDS or from GRO Roscommon.
