I've narrowed the timeframe to 2Q 1982 but do you have any further details on a likely date or usual place of residence? Winchester Registration District is extensive so a systematic parish search would be too time-consuming, but the local weekly newspaper might carry an announcement. If all else fails, you may need to obtain a copy of the death certificate and/or instigate enquiries with local undertakers.

Boneman,
Eileen was most likely buried in Magdalen Hill Cemetery in Winchester as this is the largest one by far. There is also West Hill, but it is only a small cemetery. The Hampshire Chronicle is the local weekly paper in Winchester, so that would be a good starting point for an archive search.
JNO Steel are the probable undertakers (now Richard Steel & Partners I think). They have been in Winchester for many, many years.
