Sorry to be a bother, but I have posted another part of the same sasine from my last post.
In the third line, there is a date that seems to read:
"septimo dio mensis Junij anno domini [1684]" (07 June 1684).
What are the words directly preceding this date (what is this date describing)?

I (finally) realized that it says "de mearns" right before the date. Mearns refers to the town in Renfrewshire. On the line above, I see it says something about "mea subscription," so I guess that the charter that forms part of the sasine was subscribed at Mearns on 07 June 1684.
