The only one I can see is this one in 1901 - which matches the BMD reference:
Births Jun 1899 11b 299
Lloyd Mary Amelia Ruthin
But the father's name is Peter and he is not a miner ???
LLOYD, Peter age 38 Waggoner On Farm b Efenchied Ruthein,Denbighshire
LLOYD, Mary Wife age 27 Denbighshire
LLOYD, Margaret Evans Daughter age 4 b Llanfair Denbighshire
LLOYD, Mary Amelia Daughter age 1 b Llanfair Denbighshire
EVANS, Humphrey Father-In-Law Widower age 78 Farmer (Retired) b Gwyddelwern
RG13/5229/69/3
Are you sure you have the right birthyear/place for her?

Hi Millie
The family thinks she came from Chirk, on her marriage cert in 1918 has her age as 18, her father Josepth a farmer who was deceased by then, also has her name as Amelia Mary on the cert but not able to find another Amelia Lloyd.

Have you checked the 1899 birth certificate? I think it very likely that it will be the Mary Amelia from this census with parents Peter and Mary...
which means that YOUR Mary Amelia must be someone else ???
You said Joseph was a miner in the original post - and farmer in the last post - was that just a typo? which is it?
How much do you have on Joseph if anything?

Mary Wife married aged 28, born Rhos
Joseph Son aged 9, born Rhos
Frank Son aged 3, born Poncysllte or Froncysllte?
Mary Ann daughter aged 9 months born Chirk
