Title: Mother and daughter possibly?

Are these two related? Could the woman in the coloured photo be the mother of the one in the black and white photo. Sorry about resolution, its the best I could do.

Hi Roofy...They do look alike but not sure about Mother and daughter...Have you any idea when they were taken.

At first glance they look a bit alike ~ they both have round faces ~ but, without seeing more detail, it is difficult to see any other similarities. Even then, it would be difficult to be sure, I think.
