Hello,
A search for all of Scotland on www.scotlandspeople.gov.uk the official govt website from 1885 to 1900 - brings up only one marriage to a couple with that combination of names.  Both aged 24.

Married on the 31st March 1893 "After Banns According to the Forms of the Church of Scotland"- John Smith Robertson , Surgical Instrument Maker (bachelor), married Helen Phillips (Spinster).

Johns address appears to be 23 Hibbert Street, Rush???, Manchester.
Helens, B?????field Street, Edinburgh.
Johns parents, Robert Robertson, joiner and Janet Robertson (M.S.Smith) -
Helens parents, David Phillips, shoemaker, and Janet Phillips deceased.

Note:  Looks as though her maiden name may also be Phillips.

Wittnesses were John Phillips and Maggie Robertson

The entry is not of the best quality - so shall ask SP for a re-scan.  May take a few days.  If you pm me I'll forward the entry.

Regards,  Steve

Hi
I was just about to post the same.

Hi

Just to complete the above message.
John came from Hibbert St. Rushholme, Manchester.

Helen it appears to be Brandfield Street, Edinburgh

It is not a good, clear print, but just readable.

Brandfield Street still exists.  Sean Connery would have known it well...he was born about 50 yards away.
