The closest I can find is a Mary Lucy Southall, age 16, born in Bilston, Staffs, living in Sedgley, Staffs with parents John and Caroline.  Possible?

It is seven years since you posted your request about Lucy Southall so you may have the following information.
Lucy Southall born c 1853 was the fourth child, second daughter of Richard Southall baptised at Whittington 1821 and Emma Dilkes baptised Pelsall 1826. The 1871 census may record her birthplace as Pelsall but in 1861 census all Richard and Emma’s children were born at Walsall Wood.
Richard Southall is the half brother of my great-great grandfather.
Camden
