Oh thanks for trying to help. I have found Graces birth entry and her brothers William Letby Yardley all in the same area. Just no Richards birth or find them on the census.

They dont appear to be in the same area in 1891. Just tried looking for richard with only his age and birth area to see if surname has been wrongly transcribed but nothing has come up.

Thank you for looking. I'll just pull out a few more hairs! ;D

One way of looking is to look up another person on the same census page in 1881
Living on the same street in your case Fitzwilliam st.
If they are still living there look through all the names in that section and maybe fingers crossed your family will be there but names spelt wrong
-
I meant to say find Fitwilliam St on 1891 by looking for some other family who lived near yours.
-
They are not living on Fitzwilliam st in 1891 just looked. It might be worth looking at other streets in that area though District 13 they may have moved from near by.
-
I did that actually, found the streets by looking at the enumerators discription. I'll go back and do that again.
Thank you.
By the way I noticed your interest in Stockton, is that the area in the North East? I live close by if it is.
