I was a member on Ancestry for a year. This subcribtion was brought as a Christmas present for me. Unfortunatley I had to end my membership due to the cost. Since then I have received a message from Ancestry from a member roumiafamily about a cousin of my Grandfather Wm.Geo.Henry Wright called Benjamin Thomas Kay. I have only been able to trace my Grandfather as far as 1921. Can anyone help me to contact roumiafamily to tell them I am unable to contact them by Ancestry.com. My contact name was ington. Is there anyway I could contact them please. Thank you, Margaret

Margaret: if you send me a PM, I'll do it for you. I have located the tree, and tree owners.

It seems a bit unfair on paid-up members if non-subscribers are unable to reply to them. I would have expected it to be like Genes Reunited, where non-paying or lapsed members can't initiate contact, but can reply to messages.

Hi
I am no longer a member of Ancestry, but can still receive and answer
messages. At the bottom of the original message there as a link saying ' go to message' then you can log in using your old username of password.
