Title: Poland: can you help tracing a birth record ??

hello

 can you help  tracing a Polish birth record ? All I have is a full name, birth date. the problem is, the location is unknow.

maybe i can help ?  I'm in london & can visit the Probate Registry & london archive. I also speak French if any translation is needed.
