Can anyone transcribe these few lines please. It is regarding Thomas Travis maintaining his brother George and Georg's daughters Elizabeth and Mary but I cannot quite make out all the wording.
Many thanks for your help

The Condition of this obligation is such that coheres? the above bounden Thomas Travis by force and virtue? of an agreement in that behalf made upon his own cost and charges is from the making of those present? to maintain and keep George Travis brother of the said Thomas Travis and Elizabeth and Mary Travis daughters of the same George Travis at or with messuage and Tenement lying and being in ______ above said heretofore in the holding or occupation of his late father George

As above, only 'wheras', 'presents' (i.e. the document itself) and Rusholme.

Sorry, should have said 'theise presents' (i.e. 'this document here') and 'Rushulme' (but it's Rusholme now :)).

Slam, whereas makes much more sense than coheres!
