Hi
can't help with the ITM but just always interested in early Thames families
Have you submitted a pioneer family form to The Treasury (Coromandel Heritage Trust)?
http://www.thetreasury.org.nz/Resources.htm half way down page
If not we would love to receive one for the pioneer folder collection
Goodluck with your lookup request

Hi Colin,
I'll look for your ITM, once I recover from my cold.

Hi Riley
Index cards show:
1873 CHAPPLE, Thomas
BDM, 20, 18, p195, 448
Registered at Shortland.
(will save you a look-up so you can do a pre-order and have the Register ready and waiting for you)
Bren.

Hi Bren,
Now how did you get that reference? Where you in Wellington and didn't tell me? We could have met for a coffee :D
Unfortunately you can't pre-order ITM's or other material (as far as I know, anyway). Even with a reference I'll have to order it and then wait for the item to come up.
And ITM's aren't held over-night unlike other items such as probates which can be held out for 5 days.
Regards, riley, and thanks for the reference.

Hi Riley
Can’t afford trips down to Wellington these days......….
I’m still working on the Indexing project and have recently done that part of the cards, so was able to do a search on my spreadsheet.
Unfortunately you can't Pre-order IT M's or other material (as far as I know, anyway). Even with a reference I'll have to order it and then wait for the item to come up.
And IT M's aren't held over-night unlike other items such as probates which can be held out for 5 days.
If you use the email pre-order service (available at all 4 offices), and give them at least 2 working days notice, you can order anything that you would normally order in person.

Interesting the ref
at the dwelling house occupied by Rev. LUSH, Mary Street, Shortland.
I suppose that means where the marriage will take plaace, was hoping it could mean she was a servant for Rev Rush, then it would make good reading to read the Thames Journals by rev Lush
I had a quick look but it just talks about the servant and no names.
Of course the full journals held in auckland may give more info
Sorry for the sidetrack

A Poor Jane French who is possibly mentioned above appears many times before the courts sadly and meets a sad end (or may be coincidence)

Thanks for that a Jane Elizabeth Parker married in 1887 James Michael French, so it may well be the same lady?
