I'm interested in the last two words on the second from bottom line. The line goes:
31 Wm S of Wm Warington & Sarah Jones Mariner Brig? Row?
This should be a location in 1811 Deptford.

Hi Red rover
It looks to me like it might be BRIDGE ROW

Bridge or bright Row

Look at the "R" of the daughter, Rose, in the bottom row. Its not the same as the last word of the second bottom line.
-
as an aside, it looks like Sarah James not Sarah Jones to me!
-
I agree with Bridge Row and Sarah James.

Ive been lookin up old Deptford this morning, there was an old area called creek bridge with a lot of place names with 'Row' so I would be inclined toweard Bridge Row
-
Thanks everyone for helping with this.
I couldn't find a Bridge Row on any of the maps I've seen online, but have just discovered two references to it on http://www.janetandrichardsgenealogy.co.uk/pigots_1840_-_deptford.htm . I'd love to know its exact location though.

I'd love to know its exact location though.
Happy to oblige :)
Look at the map section shown on this link (dated 1827)
http://www.oldlondonmaps.com/greenwoodpages/greenwoodsouth05b.html
You will find it north of St Nicholas Church which is near the bottom of the map on the right hand side. Union Street is between the churchyard and Bridge Row.
