Hi
I am after a marriage record of Count Louis Lewarner Hamon in St Helier, Jersey for 1920.
I have a citizenship document for the US which has the marriage between Count Louis Lewarner Hamon and Countess Katie F.M. Hamon stating marriage April 15, 1920 St Heliers, Jersey.
Can anyone help me with this please.
Thanks,
Stephen

Hi Stephan
As you already know, Louis Le Warner Hamon married 15th April 1920. He was aged 53 and a Comte (Count), living in St Helier but born in Dublin. His occupation was given as "celibalaire", whilst his father was listed as William Le Warner Hamon, a "rentier".
Katie Florence Mena Hartland nee Bilsborough was aged 37 and a widow. She was born in Liverpool the daughter of Thomas Bilsborough, also a "rentier".

Hi Stewart and Stephen, I'm researching Hamon - who I take is Cheiro? Really interested in your posts. Do you know of any descendants of Katie Florence Mena Hartland nee Bilsborough, and her so Jack? I'm wondering if they might retain any materials, or be willing to chat?
