Hello.

Looking at the NBI and the more than 2000 burials at Butleigh (St Leanord) there are
no Tottle internments, but there are some 120+ Tottle listed in various other Somerset
locations 1692-1977.

Of the 3600+ internments at Baltonsborough (St Dunstan) there are only 16 Austin (sp)

Mike.

You have probably found the answer by now - but if not see www.butleigh.org under Tottle. An Elizabeth was baptized as Betty on 29Jul 1784 in Butleigh d.o. John and Amey [nee Luke] Tottle. If you can give me more information about John and let me know what happened to Elizabeth and William after their marriage in Baltonsborough on 16 Aug 1803 I would be glad to add it to my website. OOps - I already have that latter information under 'Austin' - it is just her parents that interest me, and their ancestry.
