can you please help me, i am looking for my g g grandfather Matthew Lyth born about 1835-1855, who was listed as a sailmaker on my g grandmothers marriage certificate (deceased by 1900). In 1877 he was living at west hartlepool county durham, with mary ann lyth (nee hughes). My g grandmothers name was Henrietta Lyth. I have been tracing (trying to) for about 2 years now, and dont know any more about him. or where he origionally came from. I was told by my grandmother that their family origionally came from Lyth(e), the manor house there as well. Any help would be really appreciated
