Title: Photo dating help plz

Please could someone help me date this photo. My guess is around 1895 because of the puff sleeves and high collar on the ladies dresses. The union flag might suggest Victoria's Diamond Jubilee, but I am no expert here. Any help would be really appreciated.

I'd agree, the flag, the style of clothing, all fits well with 1897 Victorias Diamond Jubilee.

I'd go along with that.the ladies dress style suggest mid -  late 1890's.
