Title: NURSE in Shifnal

Eleanor Reynolds was baptised in Kemberton 25/6/1764.  She married John Nurse in Kemberton on 28/7/1785.  In the 1841 Census for Shifnal she is listed as Independent, aged 70, born Shropshire - presumably then a widow.  I need to look at the Shifnal parish registers for her death subsequently, as she doesn't seem to be in the BMD anywhere.  I should also like to know when John Nurse died. If you look up Eleanor Nurs you get an entry in the first quarter of 1848 - Shifnal. 

Is this the lady you could be looking for?

Happy to help - I'm sure it's her too (hope I won't be eating those words!) 

I had a look on the burial index CD from Shropshire Family History Society to see if Eleanor's husband is listed, sadly he's not.
