Can anyone point me in the right direction to find out anything about Marion born about 1808 married Francis Kerr from Closeburn?

Hi Lesley  :)

She died in Dumfries in 1878 aged 67.

Her parents were David Chesney, collier, deceased, and Agnes, m.s. Muir, deceased


I don't see anything else though  :-\

Muirkirk,  Ayr

Marion McChesney Parents - David McChesney and Agnes Muir

birth 1 Feb 1809 bapt. 10 October 1809

Thanks again.  I am trying to find information about a number of people in the Dumfries area so am trying to get as much information as possible before coming down. :)
