Title: Burial - Richard ROONEY - Tasmania

Can anyone find out where Richard Rooney is buried?. He was born in Ireland, Westmeath in 1829. Died in Glamorgan, Tasmania 20th June,1864.

Hi,

Richard was the first husband of my GG Grandmother Sarah Sims, she remarried Thomas Balcombe at Swansea in December 1864.
I got a lot of information about Sarah and Thomas from the Glamorgan Sping Bay Historical Society but not a lot about Richard, only that he drowned trying to cross a flooded river.
I will have look and see if I have any more on him.
