I have further information on the Heathcote family, but if your main interest id the Owen/Owens Anglesey connection, it may not be relevant.
Let me know if you're interested.

ANY INFORMATION OF Bess Heathcote would be appreciated

Hi,
I'm afraid I don't have anything on Bess Heathcote, but I do think we are looking at the same family.
Two of the sons of Francis Heathcote, b c1836 in Leicester, married half sisters. Francis (jnr) married Sarah Alice Taylor in 1886, and John married Susannah Pendleton in 1887.
Another son of Francis was called Frederick and NorthWalesBMD shows a marriage between a Frederick Heathcote and a Margaret Owens in 1898. (Holywell Civil Marriage, ref; HOL/29/E111)
The 1901 census shows this couple with 1 yr old daughter Bessie, living at Cefn-y-Coed Farm, Bagillt (parish of Holywell). Frederick is described as farm bailiff.
It looks as if there's a link here. It could be that it was Margaret Owens who came from Anglesey.
