Hi, I hope someone can help,
I am struggling to make out the first name of a witness to the wedding of-
John Kingdon to Mary Ann Lycett, on 22nd November 1831, at St Mark, Kennington, it's the Lycett witness that I can't read.
This record is on ancestry, only I still haven't worked out how to load it on to the boards.
Thanking you in advance, Dovely

I think the names are:
Edw(ard) Lycett
Elizabeth Ward
Edw(ard) Steane
Benj(amin) Kingdon.

Hi Jen B,
thank you very much, as soon as you said it ,I could see it .
Sadly for me that means that this record is not of my Mary Ann Lycett.
Back to the drawing board !!
Once again thanks.

The first name of the Lycett witness is Edward - if you compare it with the second forename on the first line also abbreviated to Edw you will see that what can be distinguished of the E is identical.
I hope this helps
