Can someone tell me the location of Llanfairneubwll?
What parish is it in?
-
Anglesey , Wales
-
Llanfair yn neubwll in the southern part of Holy Island covering Rhoscolyn around RAF Valley and Caergeiliog hope that will help you
-
It's spelt "Llanfair yn Neubwll (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Llanfair-yn-Neubwll)" (with a "y" in the middle)
Here it in in Genuki: http://www.genuki.org.uk/big/wal/AGY/LlanfairYnNeubwll/index.html and the Name index for 1851:

Here is a Map of the place on Google Maps:

(You can zoom in and out and move the map around too)
Here is the "Streetview" of a farm in Llanfairyneubwll:

(On the top-right you can just about make out what would appear to be the control tower of RAF Valley)
All the best,
Trystan

I have a newspaper clip of a John Griffith Owen of Plas Farm, Llanfairneubwll, he had just been elected chairman of Valley Rural District Council. My grandmother was Mary Owen born in Rhoscolyn.
