I am new to the forum and my great grandfather disappeared approx. 1930 I am wondering if there are any missing people records then?

I would be amazed if any missing persons records are available for that period

Providing he didn't have a common surname like Smith or Jones - if you give us his full name and birthyear - we can look for a death for him for you
