I am trying to find the birth of William Milthorp in Leeds in 1696.He died on 2/09/1757 at Arhington Adel. Married Mary Burnett 29/06/1725 in ST Peters Leeds.  Does anyone have connections or can access birth records

Only suggestion I can make is to ask if you have looked for him on  familysearch site in the IGI  [International Genealogical  Index ]

hi Charlotte have tried that but no luck.i shall maybe have to make a trip to leeds to look up birth details

Looking on line at parish registers for Adel, but the page with year jumps from 1693 to 1698?
The parish registers are to be seen at Yorkshire Archacological Society. (Tel 0113 2457910)
post ammended!
Just checked original post - William not baptised Adel 1696 (entry not found)
