This is a photo of my grandmother back in the 30s some time. The photo was taken in the back garden and unfortunately the picture is getting tatty now, and i would really love it if somebody could restore it back to a half decent level for me.

my software says the photo in the link was scanned at 72dpi ???

Thank you thats a lot clearer, got my son to scan the photo as I have no idea what I am doing, will have to get him to have another go.

Scratches gone, and a bit of paint splashed on to cover the cracks.
Looks a bit more cheerful if nothing else.
