Yes we would at least need to know year of birth and what country you are looking for them in.
If in England, a county would be a bonus for us to search.
If in Ireland, then your are limited  on what census are available.

If you are looking for census records of them in Limerick- the first complete census for Ireland is 1901. 1911 census is now online (free) and 1901 is due to be added in June 2010.
