Hi, I am trying to find some info in relation to a Patrick Kearns and Mary Kearns (nee Morrissey/Morris) who have some children registered at birth in Dabee in the 1840's and 50's. Unfortunatel Patrick and Mary disappear from any records and I've been unsuccessful in finding any deaths for them. It is possible that they worked on the farm Dabee and possibly died there but may not have been registered. If anyone knows if there's any records for that area that could have them recorded I'd greatly appreciate it. Thanks.

Have you considered this death?
1905 Mary KEARNS, parents John J, Anne M, RYLSTONE #2860
You are probably aware that ordering a transcription is cheaper and quicker than ordering direct from NSW BMDs

Hi I've looked at that one and that particular Mary is 24 years old, much too young. Thanks anyway.

Have you considered if they were born in England or overseas they may have returned home?

Hi Charlene
The Dabee - Rylstone district history is now being recorded on a wiki which can be found at
http://rdhsrwgroup.wetpaint.com/page/Index+to+all+pages+on+the+wiki
The wiki has some information about John Kearns who died before 1921, and his family, but as yet the page dedicated to Patrick remains bare. The wiki, which is thoroughly indexed by Google, has already proven a useful resource for researchers trying to locate unknown information. If you would add what you know about Patrick Kearns, and his family, to his page which can be found at
http://rdhsrwgroup.wetpaint.com/page/Kearns%2C+Patrick
someone out there may provide the information you seek.
Cheers, Fiona
