Title: BURDETT Family in Wiltshire
Post by: parkywinter on Monday 10 May 10 16:40 BST (UK)
Hi all

My grandmother (born Baydon, nr Marlborough) talked of working as a Lady's Maid for a well to-do family and I'm fairly sure she named them as the Burdett family. There is a pub called the Burdett Arms apparently...does anyone in the area know of the history of the family please?

Parkywinter.
