Not certain what details you are looking for, but here are the family in the 1841 census, hope this helps..
HO107/0025/21/F4 Chambers House Farm, Thatcham, Berkshire
Joseph Collins. 55.
Frances Collins 50.
Frances Collins. 20
Lucy Collins. 20
Ann Cox. 20.

All born out of County, next to which is written Hants.  I believe the occupation for Joseph Collins is Bailif?? quite difficult to read.

Regards.. Angie

Could make sense to put this query on the Hampshire board if Collins was born in Kingsclere.
