Title: Restoring damaged photo 1
Post by: ckearnes on Monday 03 May 10 15:18 BST (UK)
Hi everyone, I'm new to this and I'm hoping that I've reduced the photo size correctly, if you need a bigger file please let me know.
On these two pictures there are marks (look like a cup stain and liquid stain). If anyone could please touch it up to get rid of the marks that would be great. I will post the second pic in a new topic. Thanks. These pictures were nearly A4 size, so if I could get them around that size when blown up without too much distortion would be great. Thanks again.

That looks great, am I able to get it so the black parts are a little lighter. Sorry to be a pain. How would I go about getting it so I can blow it up so it's a bit larger. I want to put it in a frame for my grandmother. Thanks

The printing size is determined by whatever computer software you use!
When you say lighten the dark parts do you mean the hair?
To get the best result you should have posted a much larger image to start with (You can post up to 500Kb)

OK, I'll play around with it and see what i can do. I haven't resized one before so I'll give it another go. I can always email the original size which is roughly 3MB if anyone is interested. Cheers.
