Hi!
I am trying to find detail of a death of David (Dafydd) Roberts. His second name may have been Donald.
He was born in Trefriw Caernarvonshire in 1835.
He married an Elizabeth Mulholland (date unknown) and at some time lived in New Zealand.
He was on his way back home to Wales in 1890 when he died in Sydney (Aus)
Is there any way of discovering more details of him and his family.
I believe he had 3 daughters, Gwen, Esther and Elizabeth and 2 sons
Robert and David
any help would be much appreciated.

http://www.bdm.nsw.gov.au/cgi-bin/Index/IndexingOrder.cgi/search?event=births
there is a death showing on the NSW bdm's but there are no parents names recorded, which would indicate that either the informant who may have been a close relative or friend simply didn't know the details or the informant had no knowledge of the deceased family.
The NSW certificates usually hold a wealth of information on them including childrens names
You can obtain a copy of the death certificate by ordering on line for aroun $28 Aus or use a transcription agen which is about $18 and a lot quicker
