Looking for relatives of my uncle. He was born in Crainlarich, Scotland and emigrated to Australia about 1951. I believe he lived in Nowra N.S.W. And had a daughter (*). My name is James Davie Hunter and now live in Canada. I would appreciate any information about relatives in Australia. My username on RootsChat is jimjean.

Hi There cousin Jim.
Well, Well Jim. I can't believe your were writing your post & here I am in the chat room. :) on Saturday night. I tracked you down through the other 2 family trees, & your trying to find me here. How lucky are you, having success immediately & I've been searching for years, for our family. I obviously was in the wrong area. I have not been in the chat room very often lately & not checked the posts to often so I missed you. The Davie's are an elusive lot. LOL
This is a great site, they are so knowledgeable & don't hesitate to give assistance. They are so quick with the information, I have received assistance a few times & also have helped some who live in Canada find their living Relos. I have had only one bad experience. I had a lovely visit here from A UK chatter & her family. who was a Scot last year.
Thank you to all of you who gave assistance to cousin Jim. :-* :-* There was only a couple of things wrong in the info. "GOOD WORK" I pat you all on the back. Gold stars to you all.
Thank you Jim for the family info, I'll be in touch Soon.
Best regards, Phyllis, "Huntersjoy" :D
