would anyone know if records exist for the national school of foynes co limerick for the years around 1890 to 1925? my father and cousins went to school there and they would help me to date a possible second marriage.

The National Archives, Dublin holds some school registers, you need to contact them to find out if Foynes is amongst them & you must visit the archives to view them. Alternatively, it is likely the national school in Foynes holds it's own registers so try contacting them, they may (or may not) let you see them.
