hi i hope some one can help

does anyone know how far apart 60 Thomas Street and 116 Low Railway Street Ryhope were in 1912?

I cant seem to find a map that will help me

Hi

Use this link and search for Thomas street and choose the sunderland ryhope one. Then choose map dated 1894-1899.  Zoom in out and you will see that low railway street sits just above the block where Thomas Street is

on closer inspection it looks like Low Railway Street changed its name to Rosslyn Terrace sometime before 1951, and Thomas Street still exsists today, then in between is Burdon Lane ... wow

I have a Davison family living in Low railway Street, a Lumsdon family living in Burdon lane and then Florence Davison married Stephen A Lumsdon and set up home in Thomas Street

now everything seems to fit
