I am tracing:
Aldridge Wallis who emigated to Canada from Penzance, Cornwall and died in 1946.
also
his son John Gordon Wallis
The family was/is possibly based in Toronto.
Any suggestions please.
Cheers,
John

- is this his marriage to Lily Gertrude Neal?
http://pagesofthepast.ca/ - you might be able to find newspaper mentions of the family here.

Thanks jorose. Yes, I think it is. He married twice. Each marriage produced a child. One produced John Gordon Wallis; the other to a Shirley produced a Shirley. John Gordon Wallis came to UK twive when I was a lad here to Penzance. I believe that to be in the early sixties.
I'll have a look through the other link. Much appreciated.

Having found Aldridge Wallis, I am interested in finding his children John Gordon Wallis and Sirley Wallis. Any help would be appreciated. I believe that they both lived in Toronto in 1960s.

Try again ....... I just love my typing ...... it should be Shirley Wallis! :)

There was a John G Wallis 204 Erskine Ave, Toronto Ontario on the Canada Voters List for 1974 - John was a sales representative. No Canada Voters List on ancestry after that date.
