Hi all,
I've been trying yesterday and today to put in my credit card details so I can view the results of an historical events search, and I keep getting a "General Application Error" message when I submit the payment form.
I've sent them an email telling them there's a problem, and apparently it has been "allocated" to someone, but no response other than that as yet. I was just wondering whether it's only me, or whether anyone else is having the same trouble.
I've tried on both Firefox and IE8 on the PC. Haven't tried on the Mac at home yet.
Cheers

Hi there Prue,
I've just tried it, I can't get past the page headed "Historical Index Search Form" .. from memory that's several pages before the payment options comes up. Perhaps the bdm section is collapsing further. The message I get is "This website is temporarily unavailable" .... ::) Hope it sorts itself out within the next couple of hours ..
Edit to add I can get as far as this
http://www.bdm.vic.gov.au/bdm/index-search?action=getHistIdxSearchCriteria
Cheers,
JM.

I'm really after info on the certs, having Already done a quick index search last week, so I'll just have to twiddle me thumbs until they get themselves sorted out!
Many thanks again :D
