Post by: denmylne on Wednesday 31 March 10 13:59 BST (UK)
can anyone help translating this document
It is in 2 parts, so ill post it 1 at a time, for copy write issues

Moderator coment: image removed.  You may only post small portions to assist with deciphering.  It must never constitute the whole document, even in a number of parts.
