Title: Sargeant John Bloomfield Leask-restore needed

Hi, could any one please rescue my picture of great grandad. (seated right hand corner) picture taken on his 70th birthday.
I Know its very tatty but have seen some of you guys do some good stuff!
If any one can help it would be much appreciated.

sorry all my photos file to large to up load? Any ideas to reduce them?
Such a shame , great photos will hopefully sort soon

Hi Lucky

When you reduce the pic, do it by image size in inches/cms, not by compression or your pic will lose it's depth and you will not get a good restore.  Check the sticky posts at the top of this board, there are tutorials on how to do it there.

Got there in the end after some reading on tutorial pages.
Very handy, Ended up having to email this to myself!! but got there eventually. ;D
